Leading American companies are spending $58 billion a year to recruit, attracting millions of job candidates; but hiring only 1½ percent of them!

To drive down recruiting costs, these companies have created AllianceQ, which pools job candidates, giving each member access to more talent – and giving candidates inside access to more opportunities. By late 2009, we expect this collaboration will allow AllianceQ members to fill three of every five jobs at no cost.
