Phil is a seasoned talent acquisition practitioner with over 15 years experience in a number of strategic and frontline roles.
He recently served as Talent Acquisition Strategy Manager for Wachovia Corporation, the nation’s 4th largest financial institution, where he identified, developed and implemented innovative recruitment strategies for Wachovia’s 400+ person recruiting organization. An accomplished speaker and featured webinar presenter, Phil is an outspoken advocate for change in corporate recruiting in response to market needs and the needs of Corporate America. Prior to his role at Wachovia, Phil recruited and managed recruiting teams for contingency, retained and in-house recruiting functions primarily in the enterprise software industry. Phil brings to his role as Managing Director of AllianceQ a proven desire to challenge the status quo, a thirst for innovation and an unyielding belief that Recruiting is a strategic partner to Corporate America.

With over 17 years experience in the recruiting industry, Steve’s knowledge, insight and direction is a driving force in taking AllianceQ to the next level.
Steve is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Qualigence, a recruitment research and professional search firm that has grown to become the largest recruitment research firm in the U.S. Although Steve's niche is sales, his role as president has expanded as he has become recognized and respected as an industry leader and expert. He is a highly-rated speaker for leading HR industry events and conferences, an author for various recruiting community resources and publications, an educator/trainer of The Answer® Passive Candidate Recruitment Training and other recruiting functions, and is a speaker/consultant for several Fortune 500 organizations each year. Prior to founding Qualigence in 1999, Steve was the President of the Research Corporation of America which he founded and managed with two other partners.
Quinn Merritt / Advisory Board Member
Quinn is Program Manager - Recruiting & HR Operations for Toyota Financial Services. He has over 13 years of Human Resource Generalist and Staffing experience, working for a variety of Fortune 500 companies, including Nestle USA, Yahoo Search Marketing, Fox Film and TV Entertainment and Toyota Financial Services.
He holds a BS in Public Administration with an emphasis in Management from CSUDH and an MS in Human Resource Management from Chapman University. His public speaking engagements include: AIRS Summit, PIHRA (Professionals In Human Resources Association - HR Speaker Series held at CSUDH, Association of Information Technology Professionals - Speaker Series, Santa Monica College - CS Speaker Series.
Erin Peterson / Advisory Board Member
Erin is the VP of Talent Acquisition for Hewitt Associates, the leader in HR Outsourcing and Consulting based in Lincolnshire, IL. She is responsible for Hewitt’s global strategy and delivery of joiners at all levels.
Erin was previously a Partner with Lantern Partners in Chicago, specializing in retained Senior Executive Recruitment for professional services firms, as well as industrial/manufacturing companies.
With Arthur Andersen & Co., Andersen Consulting, and Accenture from 1987-2006, Erin gained HR and Recruiting depth through progressive roles in North America and Europe. She also led large scale recruitment outsourcing operations in the US and India, and managed recruitment teams and initiatives to build capability globally. She lived and worked in Europe 1998-2001.
Erin is the recipient of the 2009 Staffing Professional of the Year Award from the Staffing Management Association of Greater Chicago, a SHRM affiliate.
Originally from Minneapolis, Erin has a BA in Psychology from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. She resides in suburban Chicago with her family.

Currently, as manager of global talent sourcing for Starbucks, Phil oversees talent acquisition channels, Internet tools, social media platforms for recruiting and diversity initiatives.
Phil has created a global sourcing process along with business-line sourcing frameworks, configured systems, expanded talent acquisition channels and candidate segment outreach efforts, improved metrics and reporting,
negotiated vendor agreements, provided sourcing tools and training and enabled source tracking and ROI measures.
Phil has expanded the use of Web 2.0 platforms for recruiting as well as social media tools: LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.

Lance is a diverse executive with over seven years proven success in global HR process improvement measures at a major U.S. retailer including corporate-wide staffing/recruiting programs, applicant tracking systems (ATSs), marketing material creation, intranet support, and budget oversight in excess of $100 million (Target Corporation). Superior communication skills, easily collaborates across business units to manage competing priorities and deliver mission critical objectives.
Carrie Corbin / Advisory Board Member
Carrie is a human resources generalist turned Talent Attraction, with 10+ years of corporate experience as the senior human resources professional in various organizations.
Carrie is a solid business partner with a proven ability to leverage HR & Staffing strategy with business results. Moonlighting as adjunct faculty teaching in both the business management and human resource management fields.
Accredited as a Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR) by the National Society of Human Resources Management and formerly life and health licensed in the state of Oklahoma. Carrie has an MBA in Human Resource Management as well as a BS in Business Management with a social psychology emphasis.
Carrie is active in various networking and trade associations, including the Society for Human Resource Management, the Oklahoma City Metro Employers Council, as well as the Oklahoma City Human Resources Society.
